1 - Welcome to Crystallis
Many of the newcomers to Crystallis are people who arrive looking rather out of place in a fantasy setting, either by virtue of their clothing, demeanor, or weaponry. And true, there are many such people in the current crop of newcomers, but one young woman in particular seems almost like she belongs here to begin with. Clad in red and gold armor, short sword at her side and shield on her back, she holds herself with a warrior's bearing as she gazes contemplatively at the Crystal of Fire. She's clearly deep in thought about something, as she keeps looking down at her hand, alternately flexing her fingers and forming a fist before shaking her head with a sigh.

"It really is gone..."

3 - Neighborhood Woes
It's been a few weeks since Pyrrha came to Crystallis, and while she's met all of her housemates and is on friendly enough terms with them, she still doesn't feel like she's been able to connect with them. She greets them politely when they come home, chats happily about recent happenings in the town, and even prepares the odd pancake breakfast on free mornings, but there's something missing.

"This was much easier with Jaune around..." she mumbles to herself in living room, alone for the moment. Her solitude doesn't last for long, though, as the door swings open. It's one of her housemates, of course. Straightening up and putting on her friendliest smile, Pyrrha waves.

"Hello again!"

9 - Random Encounter
Today, Pyrrha's decided to do some exploring outside the city. Unfortunately, traveling outside Aqures Ixen alone is dangerous even on a good day, especially when there are monsters prowling the plains and the occasional group of bandits on the roads. Unfortunately for the bandits, they picked the wrong girl to try to rob.

"Well, well, lookie what we have here! Hey there, pretty girl. Gimme everything you got!" the bandit leader calls out, brandishing a knife as he waves his lackeys on.

"Everything, hmm?" Pyrrha answers, eyebrow quirked ever so slightly as a small smirk spreads across her features. With a single practiced motion, her short sword and shield are in her hands and ready to go. "If that's really what you want."

What follows is a spectacular display of martial prowess as she manages to dispatch all four of the bandits in fairly short order. No movement is wasted, every attack gracefully parried and countered as her weapon changes from a short sword to a javelin and even into a rifle to suit the needs of the moment, and even the shield being used as effectively for offense as it is for defense. And once the men are all knocked out, Pyrrha sighs, shaking her head as she puts her weapons away.

"...I believe you did say 'everything.'"
