"You were taken as well?" Ashelia took a step back, crossing her arms and bringing one hand to drum at her lips in thought. Was he taken as a Hero of Light for a previous cycle? It wasn't impossible - perhaps until now he had been in crystal stasis at the bottom of the Heran Research Facility. The memory loss wasn't consistent with what she knew of crystal stasis, though, and having gone through the process herself for a good twenty-eight years, Ashelia had felt as though she'd simply had a nap. No, there was something else going on here.
