"These are tame," she told him. "The ones in the wild have a tendency to be more skittish, but for the most part the birds are fairly outgoing and get along well with people." She sat in the saddle comfortably, holding the reins just so her hands had a place to be.
"They have few natural enemies from what I understand. Large monsters called chocobo eaters used to pursue them, but they're somewhat rare now."
