Billy is working with a couple people at the Observatory (Zelda, Ashe, and Valvalis, I think?) to take care of some orphaned kids. They have space at the Observatory for it (if it's not all marshmallowed still). Ace is welcome to come along and help out sometime.

If you're seriously up for it, I will absolutely get the ball rolling so he can be even MORE emotionally distant when she crushes heart like TINY GRAPE BWAH HA HA HA HA. She's patient, and if she thinks it'll pay off with useful information or access to areas she wouldn't normally be able to go, then she has no scruples about using a little flirtation and warmth.

I wouldn't mind logging it out just because it'd be cute (I don't think there was anything up there so it'd just be an excuse for Rukia to ride a rocket horse and be super thrilled), but we can handwave it too if you're busy.

Status: Ravio is doing rather well as a hero of light. He has come to terms with his responsibility and is doing his best to fulfill it. He tries to make friends with as many people as he's capable all the while looking after and protecting his princess. This is partially why he's not as socially active as he'd like to be, but he's content.
Employment: Self Employeed. He makes money somehow. Often through questionable (not illegal) avenues.
Plans: Just ships with Hilda, aaaaannnnnd nothing else. So he's open to other CR!
Desired CR: ALL OF IT! Good, bad, rivalry. I'm down for it!
Undesired Things: BRING IT ON! There's little I disagree with.
Shipping: NOPE! He's spoken for!
Additional Comment: My tagging speed varies from moderate to slow depending on life and modding.

Info: Lecherous, knows how to appreciate a liquor and a good nap! Half truthful if he likes you! Complains about a lot of things and is the most picky eater you will ever meet. He's also Property of Brave Vesperia. In other words, not yours.
Job(s): Archer, Red Mage, Gambler
Housing: B-Something. (I really should remember these?)
Other Housing: Anywhere outside that he can be found napping? xD
Moogle: Canary. He and his moogle only acquaint for professional reasons. they don't talk otherwise.
Status: Raven doesn't consider himself to be a hero, much less a Hero of Light. While he doesn't share similar beliefs with much of the younger heroes, he will make an effort to aid them in ways he's able. He has no intention of thwarting or sabotaging efforts, so he's at least an ally?
Employment: He just works under Yuri, though with Yuri in crystal stasis, he might stray a bit to keep a source of income?
Plans: Nothing prominent I don't think? xD I mean. I just kinda wing it with Raven since he's that kind of character. If anyone wants him. I'll be happy to share him.
Desired CR: Friends, foes. Whatever. I don't care.

Status: Pretty okay, actually! Most people she cares about didn't get significantly harmed in the ghost event, and she's starting to recover from the whole attack on Aqures Tosf thing, as well. This month, she's gonna focus on her job at the Cuppa Kupo, as well as try to do some quests so she can get the white mage job.
Employment: Cuppa Kupo!
Plans: Nothing special, other than the white mage job. She's gonna adapt pretty poorly to not being combat focused, so battle buddies are appreciated. Debating throwing her in on the Enterprise this month, but we will see.

Info: Your average millionaire playboy chosen one. He's tried his best thus far to keep the "Chosen One"/identity as a political figure thing under wraps here, but he's still as obnoxious charming as ever. His standard dialogue options include flirting, starting a fight, or both.
Job(s): Red Mage/Paladin
Housing: B-06, with the oddest combination of roommates in Aqures Ixen.
Other Housing: N/A
Moogle: Sebastian; he did not sign up for this.
Status: He's still pretty miffed about the "Chosen Hero" thing but he's become significantly less so after realizing that he can ignore it almost entirely. He's basically treating his time on Crystallis as a paid vacation. That being said, he's also very curious/somewhat concerned about what's actually going on here, so he's taking minimum measures to figure things out. Mostly, he's just badgering his moogle.
Employment: N/A
Plans: Nothing special at the moment except he did figure out his sister's here (in stasis) during the last event, so he's probably gonna be concerned about that? Otherwise, he's heading out on the Enterprise on the 18th!
Desired CR: Anything and everything! I love playing out negative CR with this dude, but I'd super love some positive CR, too.
Undesired Things: Nothing I can think of. If you wanna have your character read his file/get info on his backstory that's A-okay with me, but it'd be cool if we could plot it out on plurk first.

Info: Friendly dork who's been through more trauma than most adults EEEYYY LET'S BE FRANDS. Also has one of those giant key things.

Housing: THE DANCE PARTY HOUSE B-10
Other Housing: nein
Moogle: Mograe (nicknamed "Rae," you can thank Ven). A heavy reader who's typically reserved, although she has a habit of losing her temper when Ven does something dumb or dangerous. Moogle!mom.

Status: Saving worlds is his job, so he doesn't feel put out or "used" or anything by being trapped here. He's one of the more chill and casual Heroes you'll find, although all the emotional stress of the last few months has left its mark. :'[ Fortunately his friends are awesome and always pull him through, so he's doing just fine overall. He's still doing his best to keep info on the Keyblade/the truth about Who He Is and What He Does on the down-low, but people here are smart and too good at picking up the accidental hints he drops and you need to stop that guys he only hides it because it's The Rules >:[ >:[ >:[ (and by this I mean that I totally encourage it, of course)
Employment: Kind of a freelance monster hunter at the moment?? Also had him apply for the Blitzball team, so! Hopefully he'll make that.

Plans: He'll be tagging along to check out the new continent! And HECK YEAH SNOW DAY(S) \o/ Other than that, he'll be training like usual and helping to raise his household's new cats. c:

Desired CR: EVERYTHIIIING come at him bros he wants more friends. Always more friends. And if you can manage to actually get on his bad side then more power to you negative cr is awesome too.
Undesired Things: uhhh death?? but THIS IS WAR MAN and given the nature of this game I know I can't rule it out; unless it's mod/plot-driven, I prefer to avoid it.
Shipping: Possibly? He knows what romance is, but at present he has trouble differentiating between friendly and romantic feelings because he's still a sheltered precious cinnamon roll and how do you even?? (case in point: he's currently crushing on AU!Yuna slightly and doesn't even realize it) Quite possible he'd fall for a girl his age one day, though. :'D

Info: He's just your normal everyday grumpy teenager... who happens to fight with/against ghosts and death gods. Typical teen in any society. He is a good guy at heart if you can get past his perpetual scowl and his lack of patience for idiocy.
Job(s): Warrior
Housing: C-02
Moogle: Moshishi though Ichigo keeps calling him Mochi. This little fuzzy guy has his work cut out from him and as much as he has doubts about this so-called Hero he's up to the challenge to help him succeed. There is a ray of light somewhere within this grumpy hero. Now if it involves stopping Ichigo from saying the wrong things to girls then he's steering clear for his own safety.
Status: He's still trying to adjust to what's going on while trying not to dwell on the fact that he's here and not finishing the tasks he set out to do back home. It's going to bother him for the foreseeable but he's aiming to focus himself on developing what new skills he's acquired and to help those that need protecting so he can help those he left behind. He can't mope forever... though he might when he's on his own.
Employment: N/A as of yet
Plans: Accepting the existence of giant birds. Learning how to fight without his Shinigami powers. Saying careless things that might earn him a kick in the face. Also he needs to smile more but that's like asking the sun to come up upon will.
Desired CR: Any and all. Good CR is equal to bad CR in my book as Ichigo dealt with both on a near daily basis. I personally adore negative CR to get reactions out of him but all the friends/allies/silliness would always be welcome.
Undesired Things: None that I can think of right now
Shipping: Ichigo is teensy bit--...rather oblivious to people's personal feelings sometimes, especially when it involves himself. I wouldn't be opposed to it but it would take some building and a few punches upside the head to make him realize what's going on. If there is trolling to be had about his lack of relationship status to garner a reaction please feel free~

Info: A miqo'te adventurer who wanted to make a name for herself and got more than she bargained for. Probably way too serious about this mess for her own good. She did get an update in October! To post patch 2.4 Dreams of Ice stuff. So… plus some confidence, but with a lot of concern about home and what she's going to do there, too. Also experience under her belt plus a Grand Company promotion.
Job(s): For the beginning of November she's switched back to Red Mage/Ninja; my plan is to switch to Magitek Knight/Engineer midway through.
Housing: A-12
Other Housing: N/A right now.
Moogle: Saki! Pretty loyal, and wanting the best for her Hero. Entertains dreams of being a performer sometimes.
Status: NOT SUPER GREAT K'pandolu's been holding onto a lot of crap that's happened since getting here and hasn't really talked about it. She has her doubts about whether they're actually doing any good, and is prone to staring if called a Hero of Light- but she wants to do good. She's good at keeping on, but she's also kind of fed up with this world.
Employment: No formal employment, mostly monster hunting/odd jobs. I keep meaning to do something with weaving, but, well. Not so far.
Plans: I've been sort of thinking she'll fall apart for a while, but for that the idea's been to take a trip. :|b Otherwise, she'll be on the expedition to the Continent of Ruin (convincing her to leave may be fun), and working on Magitek Knight. Ideally, something with weaving, too, and investigating Eidolons- but we'll see. …also there are a couple dates that should get sorted out something SORRY GUYS.
Desired CR: Some sort of support network, particularly. So friends and trust, mostly?
Undesired Things: Please do not tell her about things in the future. I don't know if anyone's going to go mucking around with files and all that but seriously, please don't.

Info: Zelman is (or was) a really, really old vampire. Over 800 years old! He originates from 13th century Poland actually, but not much is known about his past. He was one of three houses in the Special Zone, and implied to be one of the only vampires with his bloodline. He's kind of an asshole and causes problems for others. He's really not a "bad" guy though.
Job(s): Vampire and Ninja
Housing: B-02. [AU] Yuna, Fai, and Sheena technically, but Zelman has not stepped foot in the house, nor does he intend to.
Other Housing: N.A (Yet), I'll eventually figure something out.
Moogle: Mogura. Poor Mogura is so very unsure about his hero, and a total pushover on top of it.
Status: To say Zelman hates Crystallis, is an understatement. This world basically stripped him of his identity from his previous home and gave him a new one. Of course he won't conform so easily. He doesn't consider himself a hero of light, and will antagonize anyone who considers themself just. So far Zelman isn't looking to make friends, he is kind of settling while figuring things out. He won't be assisting anyone anytime soon, and if he does, it best benefit Zelman if he does.
Employment: He's new, no employment yet.
Plans: I do have a variety of plans in store, but none of which will occur too soon. His plans may just alter the fundamentals of Crystallis, though. If I can help it.
Desired CR: Zelman....won't make friends...per se. Acquaintances most likely. And I would like him to like at least a few people (but that's more personality based than interaction/bonding). Other than that, I intend to make mostly negative CR.
Undesired Things: I'll take anything, but some things just won't happen. Like friendship.
Shipping: No. Zelman is not shippable. xD

I will still be working on fixing that! But yeah, Rukia has very quickly earnt his respect through her actions, and then there's his strong belief that Chocobo lovers can't be bad people. I'm pretty sure he'd enjoy exchanging some stories regarding their fields of work, especially considering that a big part of his canon deals with the realm of the dead and its relation to the world of the living.

The boys of C-01 will gladly let her stay at their place whenever, I'm just not sure what the girls' reaction might be...!

Absolutely! He was taken in and then grew up alongside other orphans himself, so he definitely sees the merit in providing the kids with proper guidance and care. It's just that he might be clueless as to how to interact with the tiny creatures that aren't birds, while the older kids might look at him weirdly because his police duties often force him into giving boring motivational speeches to the street rascals.

Please make sure that it's also the biggest devil of them all.
