The purpose of this meme is simple: to expand your characters' CR, plot for current & future events and make your characters' lives unnecessarily complicated. Character: [OU] Vincent Valentine
Canon: FF7 (Mostly Original Game) Specifically RIGHT BEFORE the final-final-final-final battle.
Info: Tall, Dark, Brooding, and a master of fire-arms. Vincent's not actually 'only' emo, despite popular opinion. He's more quiet and stoic, along with a bit of a martyr complex and a whole lot of angst with good reason to back it up.
Job(s): Max Gunner/Max Ninja, although I might have him switch out Ninja for Red-Mage once more to level that past the basics...
Housing: House A02's Odd Couple (aka with Yuffie Kisaragi)
Moogle: Ophelia, a 20something year old Moogle, commonly wearing a deep red-scarf. She's far craftier than she lets on, likes a good adventure, and is kind of a perky-goth-in-moogle-form. She's the master-mind and main host of 'Story-time'; a gathering of mostly moogles (and Yuffie) where Vincent'll read short stories of various folklore and mythology. (Feel free to PM me and ask me more about this.)
Status: Vincent is concerned with taking care of Crystallis first, then Gaia--since if they don't deal with the situation on Crystallis, Gaia's state won't exactly matter now will it? He's making friends in his own way, and while it's annoying at times, being purely 'human' once more (and not a tortured-failed-experiment) has been kind of nice. Mostly he's practical and stoic about things.
Employment: Employed at the Library Part-time and actually enjoying it for the most part. When there, he's in a black suit that isn't too unlike his old Turk Uniform, with a leather glove over his left hand, and his hair slightly pulled out of his face more along with the red-bandanna on his forehead. The quiet (aside from the startlement people get at him sometimes for his appearance) is nice.
Plans: Definitely throwing him into the event, and have tentatively got plans with Twi regarding that, but otherwise? I'm open. He's enjoying sort of half-trolling Barkeep, and I'd like to see about him sort of doing more support re: finding out plot, as he's a good support character. He has a definite interest in keeping Sephiroth sane, and is kind of protective of him in a way. (Not that Seph knows this yet...maybe.)
Desired CR: Gimme! Don't really care. He's 'new' at this whole 'friends' thing, but he actually can be surprisingly easy to get along with for people you wouldn't think it would work with. (Sheena, Yuffie...)
Undesired Things: Feel free to talk with me? I can be game, but it also depends on my RL-state, as when that's crazy I can only handle so much. But please feel free to talk to me. :)
Shipping: Vinny is surprisingly shippable, if you can get past/have him get past the baggage. Right now he's in the process of talking with Lucrecia (old flame) mostly for closure, but he definitely still cares. Whether it'll blossom into more is up for debate. He's kind of oblivious that others might like him, although he IS aware that Ophelia (among others) find his voice hot. (It's kind of baffling and amusing to him.)
Additional Comment: Please talk to me! I do my best to be friendly and open. My biggest flaw is I am an OVEREAGER PUPPY so I try to not overwhelm/bowl people over/come on too strong.

RL is kind of up-down at the moment as I'm helping my mom in stroke-recovery (only child do) while managing a job in food service.

No, Sephiroth doesn't really know this yet but -as would be expected- he's sharp and has a multitude of suspicions.

He's still not too sure how he's supposed to handle having Lucrecia around at all and hopes Vincent won't push them together too hard in an attempt to 'fix' his own mistakes.

*laughs* *laughs SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hard* NOPE!

Vincent is very much NOT going to push Seph towards Lu. Certainly not fixing his own mistake... He wanted to Seph aware she was around, but otherwise he is being very hands-off, as he's got his OWN issues to deal with, regarding Lu. ^^

Mostly, he's kind of glad to see what the man CAN be, when not under Hojo's influence/Jenova's influence.
