Character: [OU] Squall Leonhart
Canon: Final Fantasy VIII
Info: Pretty face protagonist stick in the mud with bad social skills but is kind of a nice guy if you friend him the right way also likes belts.
Job(s): He’s new so he currently only has Warrior and Magitek Knight at low level. He will be working towards maximizing those two jobs and moving on to Engineer and Mecha Pilot.
Housing: Currently living in B-02 with Sheena Fujibayashi and Hisui Hearts but looking to move into a single soon. little hermit
Other Housing: Currently NA
Moogle: Female moogle named Blizzara. She’s much smaller than usual moogles and can’t speak very loud. She has to be on your shoulder for you to hear her speak. Most of the time she can be found hiding in Squall’s clothing and stays out of sight. She’s sweet and gentle and acts as Squall’s social compass and will pull his ears if he’s being too introverted. As like most moogles she can be coaxed out with kupo nuts. She more than likely will cuddle you if Squall seems to like you but isn’t showing that.
Status: Since he’s fresh here he’s a little frustrated and unhappy to be here. He had a life and friends back home so he doesn’t like the idea of starting over. So he’s a little more on the cold side than usual and it if it wasn’t for his moogle he would never leave his room. He’s happy Selphie is here and she seems happy, other than that he’s looking to work on his combat jobs and researching this world.
Employment: Squall works at the Chocobo Farms for now. He won’t be there for long.
Plans: Not a lot of long term plans yet, mostly hoping he somehow gets some more friends that he can train with and work with. He’ll be needing to get his own Magitek Armor as well.
Desired CR: FRIENDS? He’s so bad at making nice and making friends, so this is a slow process for him but if anyone can stand him long enough to be his friend, he really is a good friend I promise!
Undesired Things: Nothing?
Shipping: Nothing planned as of now, he’s a hard mode choice in terms on dating sim though so good luck with that. He’s m/m or m/f. He’s probably a really good boyfriend maybe.

Duster spends time at the training facility, and he offers classes on hand-to-hand combat. Maybe they can meet up there sometime after the event? He also had problems with adjusting to a new world, but he's grown to be more determined to save it.

Oh, and his Moogle Tamekichi is a sleaze and a flirt who steals umbrellas and pens. Keep Blizzara away from him.

Haha sounds good that's something we could work out! Squall isn't too interested in hand-to-hand combat though, but we can work around that.

Haha, if Tamekichi tries to make moves on Blizzara it won't be Blizzara he should be worried about, Squall is one protective moogle papa.

They both have backgrounds in being raised to fight since they were children, so they can bond over that.

Tamekichi is terrible, please smack him.

I'm hoping that the thread at the Festival might rightly communicate how they don't need to be all open and chatty to reach an understanding, at least with each other.

Potential training/sparring since Sephiroth appears not to be going back to work this side of Palitutu's visit? It's only taken two years but finally he's learned that training with others can be just as intense as training alone.

I'm very much sensing it going that way already. Squall's observing first to see what Seph can do and will jump in to help and they can have a mutual bonding moment of coolness.

Training with these two would be freaking fantastic. Let's do it.

Yes, very much cool as even Sephiroth probably would struggle to take out a malboro on his own!

Any particular type of training floats your boat? Only cos while sparring is fun they could so potentially end up spotting each other?

I'm down for anything really. He's a warrior and magitek knight at the moment, so swords sword swords is his current jam (with a side of marksmanship). But I'd totally be down for them being gym buddies too!
