It's a fine balance, that line between at what point troops are disposable or not. Sephiroth's rather new at being so much 'in charge' but it's a lesson he's learned the hard way so far.

Also it turns out that he'll be going to the plains after all, since I learned he's on the Crystal Knight equipment list that Levy has been working on. He's not going to be with a hug force though, I think he'll put them on task for emergency bunkering people down if the attack comes.

Honestly, she isn't sure if there is a way to learn it other than the hard way. Someone has to make the tough decisions after all.

Yeah, been thinking the same thing though Ellana will be useless should Palitutu deactivate their Jobs. Unless it doesn't affect limit breaks, in which she can at least shield maybe four or five in her immediate vicinity once. I forget if it also applies to their limit breaks. She's only used a sword once and even then, it was to execute one person her sense of justice couldn't pardon. #mageproblems

I'm very much excited to get more CR with Ellana now. She sounds like someone who might be able to notice the very slight tell that Sephiroth doesn't exactly take the authority as naturally as most might see him do. Could make for some interesting, maybe a little sharp, conversations - how he needs to step up yadda yadda...?

As for limit breaks.....yeeeeea. Never used Seph's, would love to just to see the look on everyone's face. Hope there might well be a chance this event :D

Yes, she very much would be able to tell--especially after surrounding herself with spies and rogues who told her a bit more about reading others. She might not be too tough on him, but if she sees it she will call him out on it and offer to advise if need be.
