Character: [OU] Jade Curtiss Canon: Tales of the Abyss Info: Soldier/scientist with a talent for sarcasm and trolling. He's pragmatic and has a morally questionable past, but ultimately tries to do the right thing. And, somehow, he keeps getting stuck as the Team Dad despite being awful at feelings. Job(s): Onion Knight/Crystal Researcher Housing: B-14, with Sephiroth and Anise Other Housing: N/A Moogle: Rosepuff. Very emotional and cuddly. Status: Jade's still heavily invested in trying to come up with a solution to save Crystallis, preferably without sacrificing too much moral integrity (he tried the extreme method in the Bad Future and it didn't go so well). The pressure is starting to mount, but he's keeping himself together pretty well all things considered. Employment: He's a researcher in Palitutu's lab, soon to be promoted to Crystal Researcher. Plans: I'm planning to have an open log for casual shenanigans and lab work up soon, followed by an encounter with Jade's Shadow. Still undecided whether or not I'm throwing him at the Lunar Base plot. Otherwise I'm mainly focusing on backtags... which I have a lot of. For long term plans, he has some ideas about how to make use of the Soul Divider now that it's accessible, so hopefully something will come of that. I'd like a chance to bring these thoughts up with others ICly, just haven't had a good opportunity for it yet. Desired CR: People stubborn enough to make friends with him in spite of his best efforts would be fun! As well as younger Heroes he can accidentally be a Dad/Mentor at. On the other hand, it's also fun when he weirds people out by being a cold, annoying jerk, so negative CR is welcome as well! Undesired Things: Perma-death is the only thing that comes to mind. Shipping: Something's developing between Jade and Rukia. Who knew he was shippable after all? Additional Comment: Apologies for how slow I've been lately! Health issues have been eating my RP drive.
