The purpose of this meme is simple: to expand your characters' CR, plot for current & future events and make your characters' lives unnecessarily complicated. Do they make friends or do they secretly dream of killing everyone? That's where you put anything relevant to your character's current status in the game.
Employment: Got employed anywhere, maybe they got a business or maybe they're even running running a guild? That's where you put it, as well as any plans to take on an employment or to create a guild in the future! Otherwise, leave N/A.
Plans: Got something going on for them right now or some long-term projects? Maybe you are planning to have something to happen to them, or to participate in the upcoming events and player plots? That's where you put it!
Desired CR: What kind of new CR would you like? 
Undesired Things: Things you are not looking to do ever, or at least for now.
Shipping: Yes, no? Any preference if yes?

I'm looking forward to tagging Jade's open log when I finally claw myself back onto the bandwagon this week! Not sure at this point if Sephiroth should be involved in others' Shadow events or not, but the excuse 'as security' is a good one so who knows!

As it's appropriate to maybe talk some about it here; we should trash out some Housing details with Anise-mun as well? Things such as eating/sleeping/other habits etc. that only really come out when people share that kind of space?

Awesome! Also regarding the Shadows, I think seeing Jade's might be interesting for Seph? The context isn't quite the same, but between his past and the Enemy Within event he has some unconscious thoughts about basically being a terrible immoral person underneath and that being something he can't change. (It's a bit more complicated than that but you get the idea.) It might even veer into 'the world would be a better place had I not been born' which I imagine could hit close to home for Seph.

And yes to housing details! I'll ping Anise-mun on plurk.

That sounds interesting but I wouldn't want to crowd a log if you already have a great amount of people already signed on to that! Plus he'd have to essentially be told 'I want you there' in one way or another. If it's too much/doesn't make sense it is what it is :3

Group's not set in stone yet, but we'll see! Either way, Jade will be available to help whenever it's Seph's turn to face his Shadow.
