Character: [OU] James Kidd / Mary Read
Canon: Assassin's Creed 4 - Black Flag
Info: Mary Read, one of the famous names from the Golden Age of Caribbean Pirates, and one of the few women convicted of the crime of Piracy in the Era (Maybe, history is fuzzy on her). She's also a member of the Assassin Brotherhood and occasionally poses as a male pirate by the name of James Kidd.
Job(s): Kidd has a few jobs but primarily works between three mastered sets for Sky Pirate, Assassin and Seer
Housing: A-05
Other Housing: She has quarters in the Assassin Bureau in Aerilon which she uses when she's able to visit.
Moogle: Bonnie, an eager moogle who wants to be a Hero and Assassin too!

Status: Mary is doing well enough as of late and is getting used to life with her girlfriend and the younger Heroes that Saori dotes after. Her airship, Spizaetus, is back in working condition and presently she's mulling over facing her Shadow. Part of her feels guilt over not managing the Assassins as well as she probably should have to this point, and this will likely come up in that encounter. She hasn't been disguising herself as James as often lately, especially not around the other Heroes, but it still has its uses. The fact that "James Kidd" was implicated during the murders during the summer is part of that.

Employment: Mary does assorted side quests odd jobs for her contacts and connections, and is the Head of the Crystallis Brotherhood of Assassins. She'd rather Malik was still here to do it

Plans: Mary is a bit overdue to check in with the guild in Aerilon, especially with the turn in the growth of the Calamity and her airship repaired. There's also the matter of facing her Shadow. She also may try to make amends for the Night of Thirteen Moogles if she finds a way to do so.

Desired CR: Come at me with anything. New Assassins welcome.
Undesired Things: No attempts to take the Guild over for nefarious means please.

Shipping: Flirting is fine but Saori is her main squeeze right now. Anything beyond that will have to be discussed OOC

While Natalia would never want to be an assassin, the pirate side of things does interest her, as she'd like to see herself as a heroic sort of pirate. In that vein, I think she'd really admire Mary as the ideal female adventurer. With her airship, Natalia would be able to visit the more isolated communities and help them, so she might be akin to one of those teenagers always asking mom for a ride to the mall. Except instead of a mall, it's a city besieged by calamity monsters.

Sounds like fun to me. Gonna try to have a general log for Mary up this weekend and Natalia is welcome to join her on a trip to Aerilon. And right now Mary is willing to help Natalia with rides.

Hmmmm... I wonder if I can have her do anything fun in Aerilon. It's beset by the Calamity too, isn't it? Maybe she'll meet with some of the bigwigs living there and see what needs to be done to help them fortify their city too.

Finally got the november log up for Mary. Tag it as you'd like :) According to the info post Aerilon was spared the worst of the monster issues thanks to the ocean, but it's probably still a bit rough there right now after nearly being swallowed as well as having been mostly cut off for months
