Holding up the mattress, he makes a big deal of inspecting it. There really isn't even that much dirt on it. The mattress looks perfectly fine, but he's going to act very offended.

"Look what you've done, now it'll either have to be completely cleaned or burned. It's not fit for anyone to sleep on now, thanks to you."

And then he starts to drag the mattress right out of the room.

"Allow me to take care of it for you."
