He was sure that he didn't like those soft, almost pained words as they fell forth from his friend. Almost as much as he didn't like the implication that came with them. Genesis was certainly no monster to him, and last he knew of the man there were nothing really all that wrong with his mind either.
Sephiroth was still mostly oblivious to how it all concerned him personally, having only been concerned (so far) with the issues which had driven both of them away from the Company. Their fates were not so intertwined as Genesis would have him believe through that poem.
