Slit pupils and bright eyes, while not something Soren generally saw every day, were not unfamiliar to him. The beast tribe laguz back home had often had slit pupils and bright eyes - like the cats they transformed into. Save for this warrior's lack of any other typical laguz features, Soren might have almost guessed some similar origin. But with people from so many worlds here, who could really say?
The mage himself was slight and small - appearing younger than he truly was (though time enough in this place would probably see him grow more proportionally to his age). The way he kept a hand near his spell tome was likely an indication that he was the sort of person to be ready to fight at any given moment. His clothing was tidy and all essentials were kept neatly packed about his person - and no more than essentials and a few just in case potions, really. Save for a clasp or two holding back his long dark hair (faintly greenish in the sunlight), he had no real ornamentation to speak of - at least, nothing that was not altogether practical.
/o\ so late on getting back to you with this. I'm sorry!
