That's a really hard question. I've seen a lot of different things though interesting isn't the first word that I think of when they come to mind.

I would say seeing people have coffee for the first time and then watching a sugar crash. Sugar is expensive in my world so it wasn't something I've ever experienced and well, coffee is almost non-existent.
