The energetic display was a marked contrast with Aerich's rather less animated bearing. Ever the straight man, he backed up a pace out of prudence. Though he habitually failed to conduct himself with such pep, his expression did betray a note of approval; the lyorn was fond of liveliness in others, and whatever a panda might be, earnestness appeared to be one of its virtues.

The reasoning seemed sound to him. Po was the Dragon Warrior because he was the Dragon Warrior, just as Zerika the Fourth was the rightful bearer of the Imperial Orb because she bore the Imperial Orb. Why not?

"So," he added, with the tone of someone checking his own understanding. "You became a Dragon, saved a valley, defeated a lord, and gained more than a little renown. Which leads me to wonder, in two words, if you had planned on coming to accept this latest venture?" A glance to the waiting moogles suggests he means the arrival in Crysallis and the story about Heroes of Light.
