A comment like that from a stranger, it could be argued, would make anyone more than a little suspicious and -at least as far as he was concerned- Sephiroth was no different. Instantly he narrowed his eyes a little, cautiously revisiting the process of looking over Vincent as he stepped away in order to take a broader view of the man.

At the same time, though, he couldn't have phrased it better considering what Sephiroth had learned of his possible 'future' recently. He wondered if perhaps this man knew him from then as well, but didn't care to draw attention to it all that much himself.

"There is a lot of that going around in this World." He tried to brush it off, tilting his head somewhat to the side before flicking his hair back again. "Doppelgangers, if sources are to be believed."
