Truthfully, after his first few warning shots, Vincent was and had been taking more careful aim. Annoyed at not being nearly as skilled as he was used to, but still connecting with shoulders and legs among the goblin pack. Staying out of their range had been more troublesome, given the numbers.
His eyes never wavered from where they watched the group, even as he heard the shout of warning. A pivot and step to the side, more towards the left as he nodded. Careful aim, and the crack of a gun-shot, along with a squealed yell, and one goblin picked off from the scattered grouping now.
