"Hm." Sephiroth agreed but at the same time pondered; if Shinra hadn't made of him the great War Hero, was it likely he'd have still so many people know his name by the time that to-be-believed inevitable events came around on Gaia. Silver hair and otherworldly green eyes, like his, were hardly a common trait after all.
Even if he did eventually leave Shinra chances were even as a mercenary or some other worker Sephiroth would have earned a name for himself, really, he was just that type of man by his perfectionism alone.
Sephiroth took reluctant comfort in Vincent's smile, hardly noticable on account of his cowl, and blinked as eye contact was made again - his expression softening. It was refreshing to encounter one from Gaia who would let it all just lie, as it should, in his opinion. Pity that others were not so keen to just put it to one side and get on with the issues at hand.
"Larger reasons. That's one way to put it at least." He shouldn't find it amusing, really, but considering what he had managed to learn for himself as to his own future, it was too much of a euphemism!
