Character: [OU] Yuna
Canon: Final Fantasy X + Dissidia Duodecim
Info: ou!Yuna is from the FFX timeline, still fairly early in the story (just post-Bahamut acquisition), with Duodecim squished in for added breaking of the hearts, especially because no familiar faces she's run into remember her in the least! She is still a summoner on a mission, trying to save Spira with all her might!
Job(s): White Mage + Summoner, though she may switch out summoner in the near future? Not sure yet...
Housing: B-07 with Rikku and Zelos!
Moogle: Momolumi, an excitable fuzzball with a penchant for lazing around on the job.
Status: Although it's been some time now since the escape from the Empire, the events that went on there still cut Yuna deep. She feels 10,000% responsible for the terrible things that happened, including watching her own aeon suffer, and her cousin being captured trying to take a blow for her. She beats herself up about it regularly, even though you wouldn't quite know it. Still waters run deep and all...
Employment: Healer at the hospital!
Plans: Likely going to be part of the event next month! Other than that, she is not that keen on talking about the whole dream thing, being that she feels terrible for the role that she witnessed during it all. If any of the participants wanted to comment on the similarities of her and Yunalesca's names, however... :3c
Desired CR: Confidantes! Friends! Fellow summoners! Aeon appreciaionists! Eidolon enthusiasts! Negative CR would be welcome as well, but that's a little harder since she tends to get along with most people, heh. She may start opening up to close CR about the imprisonment if they were to ask...
Undesired Things: Future revelations! Sorry if that's annoying, but I like my earlyish canon points, I just can't help it! And since the end of FFX is a bit of a whopper, well...
Shipping: Possible, but not likely! Her heart belongs to someone that doesn't even remember her, and may never see again... Not to mention she never thought she'd fall in love to begin with...

Hi! Um. Jack has double the reasons to talk to Yuna now, after the dream, and his chat with Luffy, who urged to Jack to do whatever he could to help out Yuna and Rikku. Is there anything you would like to avoid between these two?

I would totally be down for the role-reversal for the dopplegangers, she can relate Bro-phiroth, she became something of an asshole herself. I'm always happy to keep tossing this CR your way, but I know you get lots of tags so don't let me overload you, lol!! I think she'll keep the whole 'I knew you as an asshole, btw' to herself for a while longer though, since he's had his fair share of that rubbed in his face lately it seems. :x

If she does bring it up anytime soon, it would be in a positive way anyway now, 'I saw what you were capable of but I know now that you're capable of so much more' blah blah something something

It's perfectly fine, I don't mind backtagging into eternity as long as the other person is OK with that and also if we've got some direction/purpose for the thread!

As for my tag load let me worry about that! Nine times out of ten I clear whatever is there over the weekends anyway if I can't get to it in the week!

^_^ completely on side with the gentler way of presenting that issue. That being said maybe there could be weight to the argument of: 'hey, I'm an asshole in a lot of other Worlds, lets break the mold and be different here'

Sephiroth just seems like the sort of person that can be trusted to keep things to himself, which is very much what Yuna needs and would be grateful for at this point. She really hates the idea that so many people know about their capture and... the activities that went on, despite her having said nothing about it to anyone... she doesn't like that sort of notoriety Sephiroth, how do you deal with it?? Being known as a summoner is one thing, but... You're good at being in the public eye and stuff, right??

Either way though, once our current thread progresses a little more I can certainly shove her his way in that latest post you made! c:

^^ Yes I agree with all of this. He would be very good at hearing a trouble, keeping a secret and giving honest (if blunt) advice about it. As for being in the public eye- he's hardly been the most 'political' about his opinions.

I finally got to some tags tonight, sorry for the delay!! The replies were a bit heavy so they took me while to acquire the brainpower for... lol. Them calling out one another on their not-so-real-smiles would be like dividing by zero!!!!! hahaha

I like the idea of vague future hints so that ou'na can draw her own conclusions without too much being revealed, ie. how she already thinks that she might have failed at the end of the pilgrimage. Subtle details about how ~not everyone made it~ might be okay in the future, but since she's still dealing with the prisoner aftermath it'd be a bit heavy just yet!

But I like the idea of ou'na hearing about au'na's (mis?)adventures in love esp with Baralai, since she is pretty sure she will never love or confess her feelings to a certain someone she would find it so scandalous and maybe even exciting...! "Big Sis" living the life...!

I think hint would work well for getting some of what auYuna's holding in off her chest while not telling Yuna to much. :)

As for the Big Sis thing, well, auYuna is like 4 years older... she's got stories. Some embarrassing and after they work past the I'm myself I just share a face with this person I'd love for them to be close >.< Sisters are fun. And auYuna is at the point where she is like, I've been through so much I'm gonna leap to the defense off and back whatever is up with Yuna lol. Summoners gotta stick together :p

Hahaha, no worries, I was kidding about the "Big Sis" thing! It would be weird to be your own sister... lol. But I don't mind the idea of them getting awkwardly closer, if only because... how do you act around yourself?? Are you thinking the same things as them?? Do they know what you're going to say or do? Especially more so these days because ou'na is like retreating into herself, (she doesn't like that so many people know that they were essentially tortured...) so feeling even more exposed would be even more nerve racking...

But as I said, vague hints like, "Not everyone survives" or "Things didn't turn out the way we planned..." or would be okay, because sooooo many different conclusions can be drawn from that. But there are definitely certain things I want to all out AVOID. Like for example, things I'm not okay with would be:

- Revelations of Sin being killed / the Eternal Calm
- The disappearance of Tidus
- the Sending of the Aeons + Auron

Because those are huuuuge plot pings, and it would kind of defeat the purpose of playing from a mid-FFX canon point! Sorry if that's annoying, I know it can be undesirable to play with "castmates" (quotes because lol same person) from early canon placements because they're often in the dark about major events... but I'm sure you understand that learning those things outright would totally mess with ou'na's motivations. D:

I'm not sure how much au'na has heard about the dream either, but should she catch wind of Yunalesca's role -- that could be another angle for us to examine IC as well. c:

Nodnod, I've only been tossing hints and a lot of stuff that she has been hinting at happened not in FFX but in the other game she was in. Like Baralai disappearing again and stuff like that. I don't plan to have her say anything specific about what's happened in her past because she doesn't know if it is the same or not.

She hadn't heard a lot about the dream but it is something they can totally talk to about :3

Also I know that ouYuna is having a hard time cuz of the torture and weakness stuff. Yuffie's in the process of over compensating for it by being freakishly overly happy so that she isn't showing weakness. It might be cool for them to talk at some point since they are sorta both closing in on themselves in their own way

Oh yea man, expanding on au'na's time in Ruby City would be great! They might even discover they had similar friends or enemies (also thanks to Dissidia memories on ou'na's part!). She would probably try to be diplomatic about it, but secretly she'd want to know all about the Baralai stuff, esepcially ~what it felt like~ compared to her own feelings for Tidus in her current state! :3c

Totally down for Yuffie bonding as well, thanks to their experiences I think that it pushes those four in general closer on a significant level... Yuna was just sharing some of her thoughts about Yuffie with Cloud actually...!

Yeah Yuna knew Sephiroth and probably the worst things that he's every done T-T it's bad. And he was dead so she tried to send him HAahaha, it's a good story. And I don't think Yuna would mind talking about Baralai >.< I have cute stories of stuff from Ruby city and it'd be fun to dip into them.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Yuna.. She's so sweet. Yeah Yuffie's going through the stages of denial. Right now she's overly happy thinking all is okay. I was thinking of having a post with Yuffie but idk lol
