Of course, the sound that Adachi let out sounded like he shouldn't possess vocal cords either. Although, instead of sounding utterly terrifying, he sounded utterly terrified. I-it was no big deal, right? It was probably... something normal-ish; couldn't be any worse than the Shadows in the TV, and those weren't a big deal... except that terrifying sounding thing probably wouldn't just ignore him like the Shadows did.

This was so not good.

"Eh heh... of course..." he muttered under his breath, before glancing back at his "partner". Just what was with this guy, anyway? "Aren't you coming too? I thought we were supposed to do this together?"

...he wasn't just going to let him bait out the monsters and just leave him there, was he? That wasn't fair; he was supposed to do stuff like that!
