Perhaps it was less that Adachi was seeming so talkable, but that Jaeha was all the more talkative for it. It just had become a habit at some point - you never knew where information was hidden. Anyways, it wasn't really like he was reading Adachi's mind, just that Adachi's words were catching his attention. He was mostly referring to himself, in different ways.

"Really? I guess you're right, though. Otherwise they should have known that's not the way to ask me for a favor."

Jaeha shrugged and shook his head.

"How about you? Where does your lack of enthusiasm come from?"
