Billy nodded, running over the possibilities rapidly. "We might need to renovate. I won't put the kids down there if it's too cold or it smells like mold. I'll move down there and give them mine if it's bad."

He looked Terra over. He did not know much about her skill set yet, but her willingness to help was a point in her favor. "How do you feel about babysitting? And if you know sewing or carpentry, we can put that to use getting the room set up. If not, just helping watch the kids is fine."
