Canon: Xenogears
Info: Former Priest, current stick-in-the-mud. He’ll lighten up around kids, guns, or mechs. He takes his self-imposed responsibilities very seriously, so slacker characters, beware.
Job(s): Gunner/White Mage, four months, if I math it right.
Housing: C-01, the Magical Girl House (he despairs that he’ll never get a chores chart implemented)
Moogle: Primoogle, who wants Billy to stop pulling guns out in public spaces, SERIOUSLY.
Status: Billy would rather be home, but he can see why these Heroes need him (even if only to make sure they clean their houses and monitor their parties to prevent drunken shenanigans). He is very invested in making sure the orphans of Aqures Ixen are taken care of, and he really does want to make the world a better (and maybe just a little more structured) place.
Employment: He’s a nurse at the Aqures Ixen hospital for now, until he can get himself promoted to a more full-time healer. Come bug him when you’re injured!
Plans: Nothing at the moment.
Desired CR: Anything. I have some great antagonistic relationships brewing with Billy, which I love. He probably needs a couple of friends, too, to get him to actually go enjoy life.
Undesired Things: Not sure.
Shipping: No, he’s a 16 year old priest, he is not prepared for a relationship as of yet.

Billy is one of my favorite characters in the whole game, hands down. Every time I read one of his tags to someone else, I usually end up cackling with glee. I love his sarcasm. Rukia thinks well of him, so I'm always down for more CR between the two. I think Chrom would like him as well.

Yay, Rukia is an angel and Billy definitely wants her to like him. ALL THE CR.

I'm not familiar with Chrom, but Billy is happy to judge him and very quickly decide whether he approves of him or not.

I'm assuming Billy is still on a mission to establish an actual orphanage, but how do his meetings with kids currently look like? Asking out of curiosity, because I'd like to have Ace join him for a day so that they can have a civilized conversation like respectable adu-- well, teenagers they are.

... Also, I genuinely hope he's getting that kitten for their house.

Billy is working with a couple people at the Observatory (Zelda, Ashe, and Valvalis, I think?) to take care of some orphaned kids. They have space at the Observatory for it (if it's not all marshmallowed still). Ace is welcome to come along and help out sometime.

And yes, if we need a house kitten, Billy will totally grab one.

Absolutely! He was taken in and then grew up alongside other orphans himself, so he definitely sees the merit in providing the kids with proper guidance and care. It's just that he might be clueless as to how to interact with the tiny creatures that aren't birds, while the older kids might look at him weirdly because his police duties often force him into giving boring motivational speeches to the street rascals.

Please make sure that it's also the biggest devil of them all.

So Minato's working at the hospital now and I was told... to try make friends with a certain housemate who needs more of them. :V (Not that he's reached the level where he can call people friends yet, but I digress.)

Incidentally, he's also heard Minako complain about him being pushy, so he has a bit of a rep in Minato's mind to either live up to or shed off. Minato's also a mix between slacker and does-too-much-regardless-for-his-own-health so... hm, where even would his judgment of my kid go? I guess we'll see. huh?

If you would you prefer them to meet earlier in November, I have an open log set in the hospital, otherwise they could just recognize each other at a latter time? What do you think works for you? c:

We'll find out. Billy doesn't trust Minako's assessment of people, so Minato will start out with a decently blank slate.

I'll take a look at the hospital thread and see if there's anywhere I can insert Billy. If not, we'll figure out somewhere else.

I did still need to put in something for what he's doing from the 11th to 17th too, but yes, somewhere else is also alright.

I want Yuna to run into Billy again and for them to talk. It will be awkward but it will be great! More so about religions because all the backstory!

I am really enjoying Billy and Terra interacting because OMG Billy is so cute!!! We have a good base of development for their CR so I'm excited to see that grow.

I'm sorry for Yuffie but she needs to torment him!!!! It would be great!
