Moogle: Joliet, who is basically a moogle version of "Joliet" Jake Blues right down to the outfit.
Status: Just getting in, has no idea what he's in for.
Employment: At some point, sometime in the future, he may start up a guild for Ghostbusters, but that's not a solid plan at the moment.

Shipping: Probably not. It's not exactly high on Ray's list of priorities, so it's probably only going to happen in the extremely unlikely event someone ends up playing Jenny Moran from the IDW Ghostbusters comics.

I want to throw Yachiru at Ray simply because she is a shinigami and dealt with ghosts. I have no idea what Ray would think about a kid being a version of death. Or that death is an organized military.

The first might throw him a bit, but the second wouldn't. There are several personifications of deaths that are groups rather than single beings. The Valkyries, for one.

Also, ray generally gets along well with kids, unless they're ungrateful little yuppie larvae.

I'm excited for him and AUYuna talking. She knows a lot about Earth from the game she was in before and she wants to learn more! It's a place she really wants to visit lol.
