Do they make friends or do they secretly dream of killing everyone? That's where you put anything relevant to your character's current status in the game.
Employment: Got employed anywhere, maybe they got a business or maybe they're even running running a guild? That's where you put it, as well as any plans to take on an employment or to create a guild in the future! Otherwise, leave N/A.
Plans: Got something going on for them right now or some long-term projects? Maybe you are planning to have something to happen to them, or to participate in the upcoming events and player plots? That's where you put it!
Desired CR: What kind of new CR would you like? 
Undesired Things: Things you are not looking to do ever, or at least for now.
Shipping: Yes, no? Any preference if yes?

OH MAN I'm such a huge Elmer fan, too. I liked him in the anime but the books made me love him so much more (just like every other character in the books, really). And from what I've seen your Graham looks pretty aces, so yeah. I'll definitely probably get started on that book tonight or tomorrow. I'm excite.

That sounds like fun, actually! I don't have any major plans for Aya so I can roll around with whatever if you're game.
