I'll keep Rose in mind for when Sephiroth inevitably gets over himself/is forced to look for people to go through Jessie's medical check up then - considering he thinks his weakening might a symptom of future crystal stasis, this is an important thing to him.

They could have come across each other while trying to research up on the stasis as well? It'd be a way in if you'd like to generate new CR that way?
