Employment: Got employed anywhere, maybe they got a business or maybe they're even running running a guild? That's where you put it, as well as any plans to take on an employment or to create a guild in the future! Otherwise, leave N/A.
Plans: Got something going on for them right now or some long-term projects? Maybe you are planning to have something to happen to them, or to participate in the upcoming events and player plots? That's where you put it!

I GUESS RUKIA IS GOING BACK INTO THE SEWERS! Hopefully there won't be anymore ghosts, since she already maxed out her Ghostbuster job and is working on others at the moment.

Also, Keiko is going to do some spring cleaning, so she'll be outside beating rugs and hanging up laundry to dry if they need a reason to bond over housework.
