The purpose of this meme is simple: to expand your characters' CR, plot for current & future events and make your characters' lives unnecessarily complicated. Employment: Got employed anywhere, maybe they got a business or maybe they're even running running a guild? That's where you put it, as well as any plans to take on an employment or to create a guild in the future! Otherwise, leave N/A.
Plans: Got something going on for them right now or some long-term projects? Maybe you are planning to have something to happen to them, or to participate in the upcoming events and player plots? That's where you put it!
Desired CR: What kind of new CR would you like? 
Undesired Things: Things you are not looking to do ever, or at least for now.

Lydia might be in a good position to be one of those who help him see that yes, he really IS awesome. She's pretty genuine, and good at finding the 'best' in others even when they think it's lacking. She genuinely does look up to him, and find him good company and interesting.

*shrug* if nothing else, mentor-teacher-type-shenanigans/friendship?

Lydia is awesome, even if he's really not sure how cool it is for him being friends with a teenage goth :p

Sephiroth will forever be that just-a-little-too-harsh-to-be-a-mentor but at the same time ends up mentoring anyway thing, it seems.

He could have worse friends :-p
