Well... I mean, objectively speaking, you look pretty much like the ideal hero. I'm not really a good judge of these sorts of things. I don't think you have anything to worry about? You're not a 'Not.' So, um. There you go.

Shouldn't an ideal hero have broader shoulders, though, and perhaps some sort of beard? I was oft told I looked like some milksop boy, rather than a proper fighter.

There's a difference between heroes and fighters. Fighters might look rough and more rugged, but heroes almost always appear clean-cut and blonde. Swords are the preferred weapon for heroes too.
