Character: [OU] Sparks Nevada
Canon: Thrilling Adventure Hour
Info: Sparks is somewhat gruff, snarky, and generally a man of few words. Those few words are generally muttered under his breath, too. He's also supremely confident in himself and his abilities, and is overly dedicated to his job as the marshal of Mars back home. He can come off as standoffish and emotionally unavailable stoic, but he's not that bad of a guy, and loosens up once you get to know him. So long as he likes you, anyway.

Job(s): Time Mage/Archer but he'll be using Paladin/Magitek Knight for August.
Housing: A-03 with Duster
Other Housing: He practically lives in the AI police precincts. Work work work.
Moogle: Red, a spunky busybody who tries to be friends with everyone. Also, Sparks has a pleasant but dumb cybernetic horse named Mercury, who flies.

Status: July was really rough on Sparks. He didn't handle the Cluedo event well at all, and blames himself and his perceived incompetence for not solving the murders in time. He even tried to quit, but Biggs pretty much wouldn't let him. He's been sort of just going through the motions of life since then. He's been crankier than usual and mostly whittling his time away at work. He doesn't even feel like he has the right to be there anymore. Considering this is a man who has always been married to his work, this is a really rough spot.

Employment: Police Inspector

Plans: He's bringing his Magitek Armor to the Palitutu meeting and is planning to lay holy smackdown on her. Hoooo boy.

So...would this be the time Spark notices the lack of gelato gifts? But really Saori wouldn't hesitate to snap him back into shape. He's much more qualified as man of the law than she is.

Hey, it's not like he didn't know where they were coming from. He might miss them a little. His waistline will not.

He just needs something to get his confidence back up. Crystallis has just been a series of more failures than successes for him. He probably would have an easier time rising above it if so many damn people hadn't have died.

At least there are a few of those soldiers that stuck around to help with the Festival and that the aftermath of whatever happens with Palitutu?

Honestly, I imagine that Sephiroth has been (perhaps surprisingly) something of a pillar of support in terms of having Sparks back since murders? He was helping with the investigation too, after all.
