Canon: Bleach (It's over!)
Info: A very short soul reaper dedicated to duty and occasionally trolling the people she's really close to.
Job(s): This month she's working on Beastmaster (damn that two-year Moogle skill) and Earth Bender. In reserve she has ninja, red mage, Santa Claus, bearer of wisdom, ghostbuster, summoner, chocobo knight, and her custom shinigami job.
Housing: C-04: House of Shenanigans
Other Housing: She has military barracks in Esdahm.
Moogle: Chappopo is still around, but probably spending all her time making doe eyes at Acrisius, her one true Moogle love.
Status: Rukia's all right. She's a little stressed out over how little time they seem to have, for it seems like there are too many cities in need of saving and not enough resources to protect all of them. Sure she's bummed about Raven, but she's dealing with it in her own way and focusing on what needs to be done now. For the first half of the month she's been traveling to Esdham, then to Aerilon, then to the Tower, before finally coming back. She's a busy lady.
Employment: Rukia is a proud member of the Esdham military, and due to be promoted to Colonel next month. She'll be really excited about that.
Plans: Rukia is usually the one I slate for the major events unless another character fits much better. She wants to find the last missing piece of the key that unlocks the floating ruins, but she has no idea where to find it. She also wants desperately to master her jobs to be the ultimate Onion Knight and get into that temple of heroes. She's got so many jobs left to go, though. She'll want to help repair the Soul Divider as well, so expect her to go along with that expedition.
Desired CR: Everything works great with Rukia. Bickering, nice people, antagonizing people, her CR always winds up being really fun to play out. Rukia's dependable and protective of people, but largely neutral in a lot of things as she feels it isn't always her place to interfere with matters of the living. Give me your CR.
Undesired Things: Crying and moping over Raven being gone. She can talk about it calmly and rationally, and will if asked (though she may be reluctant depending on how well she knows the person).
Shipping: She's single now, so sure. I could see her getting along best with Yuri and Jade due to their CR.

Rukia should drop by the cafe and see how overworked and tired Selphie is, then wrangle up all of House C-04 to come by and be waiters/cooks for a couple of days until Selphie can get some rest and catch up on her duties. Maybe they can even get Repede in on it.

I can offer Rukia, though her methods of getting people out of a slump involve yelling at them and jump kicking them in the face. STILL IF THAT'S HIS THING! After all, her SO went under too, so she can understand somewhat.

If not, she's more than happy to just focus on their duties and work on military matters together. They'll be the same rank next month, too!

If you need a bossy mentor type to hang around with, Rukia can help to give her some training and see that she gets to adjust to this place. As long as Usagi isn't freaked out by soul reapers, anyway.

Yeah I've been meaning to a month catch all post for Saori. I'll definitely put up a Space Saloon prompt there for her and Rialynn to make an arrangement and she'd be happy to teach her cooking skills on top of that.
