Plans: Got something going on for them right now or some long-term projects? Maybe you are planning to have something to happen to them, or to participate in the upcoming events and player plots? That's where you put it!

I can offer Rukia, though her methods of getting people out of a slump involve yelling at them and jump kicking them in the face. STILL IF THAT'S HIS THING! After all, her SO went under too, so she can understand somewhat.

If not, she's more than happy to just focus on their duties and work on military matters together. They'll be the same rank next month, too!

As Rukia will have no doubt ascertained from seeing him around Esdham, his work is keeping him occupied and perhaps that's for the best.

Sometimes the only way to get over things is to work through them.

That said, as with the whole reason he signed on in the first place- 'this is what I've always done so it's comfortable'.
