Canon: Thrilling Adventure Hour
Info: Sparks is somewhat gruff, snarky, and generally a man of few words. Those few words are generally muttered under his breath, too. He's also supremely confident in himself and his abilities, and is overly dedicated to his job as the marshal of Mars back home. He can come off as standoffish and emotionally unavailable stoic, but he's not that bad of a guy, and loosens up once you get to know him. So long as he likes you, anyway.

Job(s): Paladin/Magitek Knight, but he swaps them around
Housing: A-03 with Duster
Other Housing: He practically lives in the AI police precincts. Work work work.
Moogle: Red, a spunky busybody who tries to be friends with everyone. Also, Sparks has a pleasant but dumb cybernetic horse named Mercury, who flies.

Status: He's really fed up with all of you, and this dumb planet, and the incoming apocalypse. Just so done with it all. Over. It.

Employment: Police Inspector, though lately he feels unqualified

Plans: I don't honestly know. Sparks needs to get his groove back.

How would Sparks react to learning about how somehow Downapolis was managed to be saved while they were all traveling around various other worlds last month?

Only as Varaha has communicated this as a concern to Sephiroth and that would be the best direction for "his attention" this month. Along with Ales' asking Biggs not sure how this plot hook might develop yet but-

Just being the place where the cultists hang out and is generally a bad guys hang out. Ales wants to kill the Avatar leaders before they do anything awful and prove that unlike other Heroes, he can get the job done.

So nothing has happened...yet.
