The Rules Are Simple!
1. Post your character.
2. Post any songs you think fit your character.
3. Other people post songs they think fit your character.
4. We build a soundtrack
5. Don't forget a link so people can listen to the song.
That's it. Go do it.
Ruthlessly stolen from
Chrom
1. Glory of Love - Peter Cetera
For every ship option he has.
2. The Flame - Cheap Trick
Especially for Robin. Also because I'm a horrible person.
Lita Kino / Sailor Jupiter
Because Lita isn't above a little sabotage to get her man.
2. America's Sweetheart - Elle King
Even if she's self-conscious about her height and strength sometimes, there's also a part of her that likes who she is and wants to be accepted just for that.
3. My Boo - Ghost Town DJs
Probably a little too modern for her, but who cares. It's cute. It suits her boy-crazy ways.

Akane Kurashiki
She destroys all that she loves for the sake of her goals. :C
2. The Calendar - Panic! at the Disco
I dunno, something about the lyrics just really seems to resonate with her hidden feelings. I love this song.
Lan's dudes
For Johnny, there's In Your Face by Brad Sucks, for his asshole side I guess? Haha. On a more serious side, there's Halfway There by Soundgarden.
Strangely, I don't have a song for Ed. But for the folks in the 1901 thread I do have a song for Ash regarding Ed, The Curse by Audioslave, because everything is terrible and no one can ever be happy THE END.

Selphie Tilmitt
Because Selphie really does walk on Sunshine. :P
2) So What - P!nk
Because every sassy, plucky girl needs an equally sassy, plucky theme song. |D
Re: Selphie Tilmitt
Happy - Pharrell Williams Super fitting.

Aoi 'Santa' Kurashiki
2. Blow because Santa would totally rock out to Ke$ha while stuffing small bombs into people he hates. It's fine.
Re: Aoi 'Santa' Kurashiki
My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark - Fall Out Boy - A montage of the angry orphans resurrecting the Nonary Game and putting all of the pieces in place.
The Phoenix - Fall Out Boy - And then donning the Zero gear and kidnapping all of the game participants, keeping in mind the reason why they have to do it.
Twi's Hot Messes
1. Loosing Your Senses by Renegade Five
You try to fight for your life / the dreams are coming alive / You're in the shadows of your mystery / You need to find your own way / To raise your voice in the game / and take control over mind and soul
2. The Force in You by Yoko Shimomura, because it would be criminal if I didn't include his boss battle theme.
Fan list I made back in Animus--
Lucrecia Crescent
1. The Grey by Icon For Hire
I'm standing on the edge of returning or just running away. I'm letting myself look the other way. And the hardest part of this is I don't think I know my way back home. Is it worth the journey or do I let my heart settle here?
2. Lucrecia
Ellana Lavellan
1. Warrior Inside by Leader
No longer will this fear hold strong. No longer will this fight prolong. I'm bleeding through my skin. Pushing through the lies within. I'm battling between the tears and hate that I have seen.
2. Battle for Haven
3. The Lost Elf
Bonus: Alisaie Leveilleur
Poor crystallized child1. The Coil Tightens (WARNING: CONTAINS FINAL COIL TURN 4 SPOILERS)
Re: Twi's Hot Messes
I like that one for Lucrecia and Vincent!
Rialynn Kollmann
Rialynn isn't a very materialistic person when it all comes down to it. Sometimes when she's traveling alone she takes a moment to just admire the world around her.
2. Don't Say You Love Me - M2M
Rialynn has a lot of hang-ups about people who profess to like or love her without really knowing her or her flaws.
3. Holding Out For a Hero - Bonnie Tyler
Because she gets into trouble all the damn time.
4. Here I Go Again - Whitesnake
Every time she runs off and ditches the party she was traveling with to seek out new stories to write...
5. How Will I Know - Pete Mitchell (cover)
The song she sang when she and Johnny had a jam session on the beach.
6. Fly - Hilary Duff
Shortly after Zelda's death, Ramza convinced her to stay and face her problems head on. This is a song for her new convictions, to take on jobs and stand by the others instead of merely recording what they do.
7. Hero - Skillet
Starts off about how she needs a hero to rely on, but then the focus of the song slowly shifts to being the hero she needed. Also that chick's 'wehhhhhhhh' face in the video cracks me up every time she appears.
8. Believe It or Not - The Greatest American Hero
She's kind of amazed at what she can do with her new jobs, and still in mild disbelief that she'd be a Hero of any kind.
9. Shut Up and Dance - Walk the Moon
One of these days she'll get Ramza to dance. Soon.
10. Bulletproof Heart - My Chemical Romance
One of these days she'll run off hand in hand with someone she truly trusts. Could be a love song, could just be her deep friendship with Sabien or someone else in Melodies.
Rukia Kuchiki
This is Rukia's voice actress, so if she actually sings in the game, you know what she sounds like now. The lyrics are hard to understand, but seems to be about carrying guilt and whether or not she'll be able to forgive herself someday.
2. Memories - Within Temptation
Summarizes how much she misses her mentor, Vice Captain Kaien Shiba.
3. Finding Me - Vertical Horizon
Another regretful song! Sort of sums up how she doesn't want pity or sympathy for Kaien's death, and that most of her problems she sees as something she should work out on her own.
4. Wing Stock - Ashley MacIsaac
Kubo Tite picked a character song for all the Bleach character profiles, and used this one for Rukia. I love that it starts out elegant and slow, then picks up into a frenzied whirl. Perfect fight song for her.
5. Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now - Starship
Good song for Yuri and Rukia, one of my favorite platonic CR situations.
6. Ghostbusters (I'm Not Afraid) - Fall Out Boy ft. Missy Elliott
Look, she really got into the ghostbusting thing last year, you guys.
7. All Souls Night - Loreena McKennitt
Working on her Summoner job trying to bond with Hades, or just a cool montage of her training with her zanpaku'tou.
8. Turn Back Time - Aqua
She regrets a lot of stuff, like forcing Yuri to kill her in the Sage's vision of the future.
9. You Blow Me Away - Robert Palmer
Jade and Rukia. Eventually. Mostly stems from their scene together in the Crystal Caves.
10. Here We Are Juggernaut - Coheed & Cambria
Standing together with all of her friends against some powerful monster. Like a hamster.
Lust
The results of being made into a homunculus. She still resents what happened to her, and how it's robbed her of being able to feel sympathy, regret, kindness...all those things.
2. Wish - Kosheen
A song for Lust moving in the shadows. I just love the slinky sleazy tone of it.
3. Miss Jackson - Panic! At the Disco
Seducing people and causing problems. Another day in the life.
4. Ultra - KMFDM
FIGHT SONG. MURDER. FIIIIIIIIIIGHT SONG!
5. Long Cool Woman in a Black Dress - The Hollies
Why Flynn and Mikleo insist on remaining her friend is a mystery indeed.
6. Good Girls - Elle King
When you need someone to just straight up murder the bad guys and not feel bad about the consequences, send in Lust.
7. Paralyzer - Finger Eleven
Not gonna lie, she confuses and infuriates people who don't know how to read her. And even then, she still frustrates her friends with her loose sense of morality.
8. Bring Me to Life - Evanescence
Her yearning to be human is so desperate that someone could almost feel sorry for her.
9. Born Too Slow - Crystal Method
A more playful fight song, well-suited to a sparring scene or just simple combat where she isn't necessarily out to destroy everything.
10. Behind Every Good Woman - Tracy Bonham
Just a fun song for an ill-behaved woman.
