When Melodies of Life ended, the Heroes of Light were given a choice. They could opt to stay behind on Crystallis, to go back to their homeworlds or to go live on one of their friends's homeworld. Regardless of what choice their made, they were separated forever, their paths never to cross again.

But for the 25th of December, the PuPu returned Crystallis and made a final gift to the Heroes of Light! For the entirety of the day, they can board their spaceships and travel to other worlds… And thus, they can visit their friends! Due to how time works across dimensions, characters can stay a maximum of seven days in another world, before the PuPu are forced to take them back to Crystallis. They can visit as many world as they want, so long as it is the world of another Hero of Light!

A downside to the Melodies of Life’s ending was that the Heroes of Light couldn’t bring to Crystallis people from their homeworld. Friends, family... But thanks to the PuPu’s spaceship, it is no longer an issue. You want to stay on Crystallis but bring with you your brother and pet hamster? Now you can do it!

It is the only occasion you’ll ever have to visit your friends. Indeed, the PuPu are stopping interdimensional travel due to the Dream Width having grown exponentially more dangerous since the disappearance of the Calamity. More and more of their kind have disappeared because of it, and none of their scientists have any clue as to what it is or why it grew more dangerous following the Calamity’s disappearance*. But they still wanted to do this favor for their friends on Crystallis.

1. Post a top comment! Mention whether your character is on their homeworld (Homeworld) or if they’re using the PuPu spaceship to visit their friends (Traveler)!

2. Reply to other comments! Characters who decided to stay on their homeworld can also board the PuPu spaceship once they’ve been visited once, so there is no excuse for you not to visit everyone!

[It had been six months since Saori had left Crystallis, but Saori's hands were already full the moment she came back. Unlike some of her other godly colleagues, she and her husband worked did actual work. Answering prayers, taking down rogue supernatural beings, and of course being parents to their twins.

Snow was falling in the First District of Kuukan, the parallel realm where gods, souls, and the supernatural called home. The streets leading up to the district of the gods are full of holiday cheer and charity. Food vendors greeted passerbys with their goods to help stave off the cold.

Anyone who arrived eventually wound up in front of a rather imposing Japanese gateway with a pair of white foxes the size of a horse flanking the door.]

Welcome, travelers. You are a bit early, but please come in to warm up. Master Inari's holiday blessings is about to begin.

[Before the newcomer(s) can say anything to the fox that addressed them, the heavy wooden doors open and the foxes nudge them inside. Beyond the white plaster outer walls, stood a large traditional Japanese manor. Several regular sized foxes and some humans with fox ears in kimonos could be seen carrying lacquered trays of various foods as they rush to the main garden area.

The fresh snow crunching under tiny feet grew louder as a boy and a girl no older than five years old, turn the corner and ran straight into the guests, before falling on their behinds. An all too familiar voice could be heard after them.]

Yae, Toshi! C'mon now, you're supposed to get dressed before the guests. come. in...I don't believe it.

[Saori was now in view, dressed in a dark blue kimono with embroidered camellias and a white fur shawl around her shoulders.]

[He was so close to simply correcting the fox as he entered, having remembered the way from when he had visited this world with Saori all those years ago. Yet now, as he knelt there just inside the gates to greet the two small children with a quiet and tired laugh escaping behind his scarf... He just didn't have it in himself, anymore.]

It's been a while, Yae, Toshi.

[It was lucky that he had some time to practice using his voice again. Otherwise he wouldn't know what to do with himself when their parents would join them.

For all that his body had regressed in age - again - he seemed far more older than he had been when he at last stood on his own two feet again, journal held in the same arm that yet sported the hidden blade he'd been given all those years ago. And yet, the relief was likely evident in is eyes the moment Saori came into view. Yes, even despite how rough his voice still was.]

Sorry I took so long, Mom.

[At first Yae and Toshi were confused how this stranger knew their names before everything clicked together.]

Big brother!

[The twins broke out into huge smiles as they leaped from where they fell to give their adopted brother the biggest hugs they could provide. This gave their mother enough time to close the distance between them. Saori joined in the hugging as well and she failed to hold back from crying in joy. The holiday blessings can wait and besides her husband can handle it.]

Welcome home, Ira. I always knew you'd find your way back someday. Come in and let's get you warmed up.

[Considering he's hasn't so much as spoken to anyone but illusions created from his own memories, it's a miracle that Ira doesn't topple over as the two small children leapt up and embraced him. When Saori joined in, though - something in him that he hasn't felt in months stirs. At first, he only recognizes it as an ache, but as the journal he held was dropped to wrap his arms around his adopted family... It all clicked. This wasn't like the jealousy or hate he always felt. No, it was different; something more.

It was an overwhelming joy. Something so powerful he felt his knees begin to give way, shoulders shaking as he rested his forehead on his mother's. Not just from the cold, either.]

... Yeah.

[He may just... need a little help doing that at this rate.]
