[She comes over with a glass of punch for Sephiroth not noticing the mistletoe above them. She also doesn't know what it means and doesn't seem so concerned about it.]

[He knows it's there and Spencer's told him what it's for already. Not a tradition he will actively partake in- perhaps he could do with loosening up once in a while though.

Yeul is quickly becoming one of the younger Heroes that he will look out for. He steps forward and takes the punch, retreating and standing back up straight politely afterwards.]

[There is a lot that she is learning and after everything that Hibiscus has told her she is excited to learn even more.

Yeul has heard a little bit about mistletoe but she still doesn't quite understand. The green leaves catch her attention as she looks up at Sephiroth.]

What is that?

[Well at his height it's only natural for Yeul's gaze to be drawn upwards towards the sprig of greenery.]

Oh- [He looks up only with his eyes, huffs a light dismissal and then drops them back down to Yeul.] -that's mistletoe.

I read about it. According to tradition, it's good luck to- [Sephiroth trails off as his thoughts race ahead of him and are reigned back. Yeul is only a young girl.]

[That doesn't sound so bad though she doesn't understand why you would do such a thing. She looks down for a moment before wrapping her arms around Sephiroth's waist.]

[Too busy looking at the strange plant rather than noticing small girls come closer into him. He flinches as soon as Yeul touches him but it's held back from -what would be the usual- push away. He doesn't do touching, at all. Sephiroth's head flicks down to her but then, steeling himself, he loosely wraps arms around around her small shoulders.]

I- guess?

She's ADORABLE!

[Yeul is used to hugging those bigger than and it shows by how at ease she is. She pulls back with a smile.]

Why do we do that?

[He's happy to let go when she pulls back. He doesn't want to seem like he was adverse to the gesture but really what is the correct speed at which to lower arms from a hug? It feels awkward seeing how comfortable she was in hugging him, in comparison.]

For good luck, or supposed to be.

[Quizzical he looks up at the mistletoe again, wondering if something were supposed to happen to it now?]

[Yeul follows his gaze but says nothing. It is very confusing for her but she trusts Sephiroth's knowledge.]
