Ha, at first I was like "sure" and now I'm like "HEY SEPHIROTH MIGHT BE GETTING A VISIT". Cuz now Sparks is worried about spies and needs certain people to know about this.

If he even trusts the mognet, send a letter? Though....members of the security force can get to Esdham on shuttle iirc? Might be worth a check-

At that point, he most certainly will not trust mognet. He'll also might be coming to Esdham, so they might run into each other there. That letter arrives on the day the attack happens, but he might also use this opportunity to sneak into the Empire. We shall see!
