Personally, I find Selen, Lady Dalmasca & Saori to be 'up there' though.

I sorta disagree with those choices if only because of personality and I'm not sure what some of them really look like. Then again I haven't really interacted much with all of those people.

I'll agree with Lady Dalmasca and then say Zelda as well.

Lady Ashelia, Lady Zelda, Tifa, the Ladies Yuna...I do not believe I have met any ladies here who were not lovely, or who won't be once they are grown.

And if anyone has untoward intentions toward any of our lady heroes, discard those thoughts now, for your own good.
