Aside from the slight shock betrayed just before Sephiroth had first looked away, in general the exchange between the two men remained a calm neutral at best, itchy suspicion at worst. Most of that was down to the fact that Sephiroth did no need yet more people from his Home World arriving with memories of acts he had yet to actually commit. It was hard enough dealing with his own churning, overactive ponderings without having his nose rubbed in it at every turn.
