Character: [OU] Kenshin Himura
Canon: live action movies series
Info: So this guy is a wandering swordsman living in a world that views him as a demon and rightly so since he like is totally able to kill a lot of people but has decided not to do so any more. He ends up staying with a female swordsmaster who practices kendo and they have adventures and even fall in love.
Job(s): Ninja/Warrior and he will pick up Pirate
Housing: B-12
Moogle: Koneko - she is a flirty little thing with black and white fur and is a little shy having been one of he rescued moogles from the Empire
Status:
Kenshin is settling in semi-okayish. While he is not one to actually care for the whole 'Hero' thing (the last time he was called a hero, he had killed his way across several battle fields and saw his first wife die because of him), he is willing to go along with some matters though he refuses to kill people (monsters is something else entirely). So when he is not helping people with either being someone they can talk to, making food for them, or showing them extremely basic sword handling, he is trying to learn all he can about everything. Seriously he was a country bumpkin even with his time in Kyoto.
Employment: He may end up helping Kidd with the Assassin Guild
Plans:
It's a standing thing that if anyone's hungry and polite enough, he will feed them. He will also assist with such things as guard work or tell them about the history of his country as he knows it. Just don't ask him to teach how to write since his writing is a chicken scrawl.

Undesired Things: shipping pretty much as this character goes he is pretty much Kaoru fixated

I've actually one of the few people who hasn't seen the anime everyone else has so I've got a different idea of how he acts. I have tried watching the anime, but I just got up to the start of the Inferno arc.

Oh he likes flowers and talking to people and being a dork even if this place has him sorta falling into a guarded mode of thought.

You've seen more of the anime than I have! I think I only saw the first arc and then Idk, I just forgot to watch the rest of the eps.

I only got that far before I found more movies that Satou had acted in and then his Kamen Rider role and I just never went back.

He has already sorta adopted a young ninja by the name of Yuffie and the young spooky girl Lydia next door. He has more than enough room to adopt more people.

Kenshin is so adopted as Lydia's big brother/friend. Which means she'll try and help take care of him too. She will happily help be his teacher in turn for things he is unfamiliar with. IN particular, I'm hoping maybe down the line he can help her--as she'll have a problem even with fighting monsters. (Monsters in other people's eyes, are often 'friends' in her eyes, thanks to her adventures...)

Self-defense isn't an issue...it'd be 'killing' the monsters that she'll have trouble with. Fighting to protect herself or someone she cares for is different. ^_^

But I figure he is the perfect person who can help her with it. :)

I'm excited for 9 year old boy and Kenshin lol. Yuffie still wants to bug him too whenever >.< More so if there is food involved and even though it will be given she will totally be like "I stolen this." and make a silly spectacle just for fun.

I hope that it will work out wonderfully and poor little guy does not get a sneak into Kenshin's bit in the upcoming plot because that will be awful and horrible.

Yuffie is welcome to come steal food whenever, but I have a feeling that Kenshin will make it into a really odd game and/or end up catching her and maybe getting her to help with the dishes.

Yes I am still planning on a cooking party but I totally lost track and now I am sitting here going 'IDEK will I get it in before plot times?'

I can't imagine that Yuffie would enjoy dishes but that makes me laugh. She'd do them if he didn't manage to catch her but man she'd try harder and harder each time to get away >.<

And yeah! I totally forgot that the meeting was coming up cuz I forgot that date >.< this month has been moving far to quickly.

Genesis Rhapsodos | Final Fantasy VII

Character: [OU] Genesis Rhapsodos
Canon: Final Fantasy VII
Info: Onc eupon a time, a bunch of scientists created SOLDIERs. Those SOLDIERs had issues and tried to destroy each other/the world/the company/the scientists. There was a lot of problems and like all things, SOLDIERs don't actually manage to stay dead. Genesis was actually in a cave at the end of the series and he decided to go flying off because that is how he is. He is also a bit of a dramallama.
Job(s): Dragoon/Scholar. He maxed out both Scholar and Red Mage so is carrying around the Onion Knight with Bard and Gambler as reserved Jobs.
Housing: B-09 - anybody coming into the house will find that he has stacks of books and bottles of wine. He makes the wine.
Moogle: Talitha - a young moogle that was so excited to get such an important position but has found out that being a moogle for a dramallama like Genesis is not at all easy. However, he is nice to her.
Status:
Genesis thinks that this world is screwed up and that they are going to fail at whatever they are doing because he thinks they are all pawns of the Calamity. He also thinks that the planet is going to trigger Sephiroth's angry mode and seriously they do not need to see that.
Employment: He has been experimenting with fruits and veggies in trying out various wine recipes. While some are rather normal, he has a few nice ones he has invented and will probably start selling. Next to that, he offers his translation services to other Heroes for a small fee.
Plans:
For the upcoming plot, Gen will relive that moment in which he figures out Hollander's plans and gets creative.
Desired CR: oh gosh come at me, toss people at Gen

Sadly I don't have anything to add that we don't already always talk about whenever there is a chance on Plurk. It's been a glorious train wreck since Angeal went crystal and I think that soon it will be the end of the line and we can get on with repairing trusts rather than tearing stripes.

I'd love for a roommate thread with everyone or even just these too since Terra's been talking to Sephiroth a lot. It'd be nice to hear other opinions and she's been learning how to cook to say thank you to Gen!! Besides cleaning up and organizing things for him and putting blankets on him when he falls asleep reading :p

A roommate thread can be worked on! I know that Gen is talkative if/when he thinks someone understands what he is trying to say and if she has a lot of questions about the Seph and SOLDIER he may just answer them. Since she is a bit friendly with Seph.

Terra always has a lot of questions lol. Though some are a little odd and silly. But yeah! She'd love to hear about stuff from Gaia if Gen is willing to tell her. She is start and get catch onto things, she is just missing some base knowledge at times. Armies and war is something she knows about tho.
