Info: A young clueless girl who is learning about the world and learning about how to do things like cook correctly. At least that was in canon, here she is still a somewhat clueless girl learning about the world and learning how she can help those that need it. Doesn't seem to find the negative in things really.

Moogle: Ursa, she just makes sure Kobato is okay like a mother would as someday she dreams for a moogle family of her own.
Status: Currently helping out in someone getting a submarine and doing her best to actually be useful since everyone else who went are skilled in that type of thing.

Plans: I actually have nothing for her plans wise, but mostly because I can't remember when they will be back from the submarine thing.
