The purpose of this meme is simple: to expand your characters' CR, plot for current & future events and make your characters' lives unnecessarily complicated. Status: How's your character doing in the fine world of Crystallis? Do they like being called a Hero of Light? Do they like the food? Or may they hate everything about this situation and secretly dream of killing everyone? That's where you put anything relevant to your character's current status in the game.
Employment: Got employed anywhere, or maybe they got a business? Maybe they're planning to take on an employment or to create a guild? Otherwise, leave N/A.
Plans: Got something going on for them right now? Or maybe you are planning to have something to happen to them, or to participate in the upcoming event? That's where you put it! It may also involve monthly events and player plots.
Desired CR: What kind of new CR would you like? 
Undesired Things: Things you are not looking to do ever, or at least for now.

Some tags it's obvious that you didn't take your time to read the tag all the way through. Like you were in a hurry to tag or got distracted part way and things are sometimes ignored. Which is why I offered slowing down a bit :D It isn't a fast game and no matter when your tags come I'm always happy to get em.

As for specific examples, I have none. At least not off the top of my head. I just hope to plot with you and have stuff happen atm.
