Character: [OU] Tear Grants
Canon: Tales of the Abyss
Info: An all too serious soldier whom seemingly gives off a cold air, but in truth she is a reserved and shy young woman who tends to mother and mentor over others, and is rather awkward as far as actual social situations go where she doesn't have to uphold the soldier persona. Also, she tries to be The Responsible Adult too much, just place something cute in front of her and watch her melt.
Job(s): Currently equipped with Red Mage & Bard, with Time Mage in reserve!
Housing: B-14 with Jade Curtiss, Anise Tatlin, and Ion. Now the Abyss House apparently.
Moogle: Sein! A quiet, booksmart, and introverted moogle who watches after Tear and gently encourages her, he does have his passionate moments and can get carried away in his enthusiasm regarding his Hero. He also has a habit of calling her by her real name, and Tear has taken up dressing him sometimes...
Status: She's steadily grown used to Crystallis, but she's having a little trouble finding a focus even though she's been helping with the rebuilding. With her renewed employment with the military, she is determined to change that while also working through her feelings regarding some castmates. Also, singing.
Employment: Freshly employed in the military again, a place she is comfortable and familiar with.
Plans: She needs to get into the habit of a steady schedule again, especially with her new employment and I'm hoping she'll possibly start talking to more people that way. I also want her to explore other job options, to get a feel for them before they regain the ability to change to new jobs (though really she wants a good excuse to hang out with Chocobos). She'll also throw herself into any plot-related research soon, especially in light of the last event, and Ion's arrival will have her emotional because of Reasons. I don't have any concrete plans for the time loop yet, so if you have one feel free to throw it my way!
Desired CR: Any and all CR, especially those that try to push her out of her comfort zone or even try to antagonise her.
Undesired Things: Nothing that I can think of since I'm comfortable with a myriad of things, but if you do pursue a ship with her then please be delicate about it. ;w;
Shipping: If it naturally develops that way then I am for it, but it's unlikely to happen soon given she still has a torch for Luke, and would have to move past that. No matter how sweet she may be.
Additional Comment:
My tagging habits are very, very erratic between school and several jobs that restrict phone access, so I apologise for that in advance! And have Tear being a shampoo commercial.
