Canon: Bleach
Info: This 4'8" pipsqueak is a soul reaper, and isn't quite accustomed to you living folks. But she's enjoying her time here very much, likes making new friends and allies, and loves bunnies. She's a little awkward because of her lack of experience, but she isn't shy, and you can expect your character to have seen her around since she's always busy with some project or another.
Job(s): This month she has Ghostbuster and Ninja, with Scholar and Red Mage in reserve. Later she plans on getting Beastmaster and Chocobo Knight, and will decide on the other jobs once she's mastered the ones she has now.
Housing: B-03. She's roommates with Chiaki, Jack Harkness, and Valvalis. But because she mistakenly believed that she is moving to Esdham to serve, she might appear in people's closets this month (until she realizes the misunderstanding).
Other Housing: Military Barracks in Esdham. Your closet.
Moogle: Chappopo is a darling, who wants very much to help in the fight and assist others in finding their true romance. Before being assigned to Rukia, she would counsel Moogles whose heroes went into Crystal Stasis. When she gets overly excited or panicked, her descriptions of a potentially bad situation get gruesomely graphic. She has an enormous crush on Yuri's Moogle, Acrisius.
Status: Although Rukia's only been around for two months, she's starting to feel right at home, and is quick to get involved with anything that needs her help. She overworked herself in October because ghosts + shinigami = RESPONSIBILITY, so she's relieved that matters were laid to rest. She's interested in the different jobs, and is trying to research more about the four crystals, as well as anything else that stands out as important. Right now her focus is on Narayana, and wants to know more about that whole mess. Rukia loves Moogles and chocobos and can usually be found around either or both, but there are few places in the city where you wouldn't see her.
Employment: Rukia is in the military as a Private, and she will soon submit her first report complete with illustrations. It's gonna be beautiful, gaiz.
Plans: Rukia takes being a Hero pretty seriously, and will gladly take the initiative for her pet projects. She just led a chocobo expedition and considers that a success. Long-term, she's wrestling with the knowledge that she'll return to her duties as a soul reaper when this is over, and her desire to experience things she never did had she lived a mortal life. Expect her to take a keen interest in anything dealing with the supernatural that happens to arise. She's taking the Scholar job with the expectation of learning more about what happened to their predecessors 2000 years ago.
Desired CR: Friends and enemies. I want both. Villains with unrequited affection/attraction are the best. The best. Rukia is good at taking on the mentor/teacher/big sister/not!mom role, as she cares very much about her friends. She wants people to succeed, and will listen to problems...but she'll also want to help, and if she can help someone train to reach their goals, she'll drag them off to do just that. I want her to spar and go on missions with other military personnel. I want to have more dorky shenanigans with her roommates. I want her to camp out in your closet. I want more reasons to draw stupid things for her to be proud about. Most of all, people who are willing to dedicate the time and patience getting to know her and help her open up will receive so much friendship and adoration and loyalty. She loves it when people reach out to her, and is deeply touched.
Undesired Things: Angst, at least from Rukia's end. She's not the type to mope or cry, though she will stew and fret over things if she thinks she's offended someone unintentionally. She also feels guilty if her actions lead to someone else getting hurt, but yeah. Don't expect her to cry on anyone's shoulder for a good long while.
Shipping: YES. But I have plans, so shipteasing is all I can promise for everyone else. If you like shipteasing also, HIGH FIVE.
Additional Comment: I'm fairly quick at tagging. I tend to be quicker when shipteasing is involved. I can't help it. I'm sorry.

How convenient, I happen to have a badass lady right here. Between the testrun thread and the one we already have going, Pyrrha would be pleased as punch to train with Yachiru (and probably mom at her, or at least older sister at her).

I'd like to get Pyrrha here some CR with Sparks. I considered having her join the police and eventually went elsewhere, but she's definitely the socially responsible sort and would be happy to make friends with and help out the ranking member of local law enforcement.

Depending on how future interactions go, there is a nonzero chance of Levy developing a weird crush on Graham that she doesn't fully understand. Mostly, after their last encounter, she'd need to see him doing something to protect other people or something along those lines so that she can start to obsess over the difference between their early interactions and that.

Levy will be on the expedition too, and probably working on translating any Ancient they find. She's also likely to be interested in periodic trips back to do more of that, if Jade is into the idea of getting some research teams organized for that sort of thing in the future.

Well, Graham isn't exactly predictable, but that could totally happen. Pretty much only if something or someone tried to attack someone he liked. is Levy going to the Continent of Ruin?

Yeah, we'll have to see what the deets are. I'm not sure if this initial trip is just going to Mysidia or if we're free to explore around in other areas. I'd be all for having Graham save her from something big and nasty or some other sort of danger.

...In fact, this might mean quitting the military earlier than I had planned so he can concentrate completely on research and exploration. In which case he'd be happy to organize regular trips in the future.

Yeah, the Enterprise opens up for that kind of stuff next month, so I figure there will be ample opportunity for groups of people to head back to get into all sorts of shenanigans on the Continent of Ruin. And given how many places reference Ancient writing or untranslatable markings, there's enough there to keep our Scholars busy for a while. :D

Absolutely. I keep wanting to have Jade annoy Sparks but I always seem to miss the opportunity. That needs to happen.

I'm not as familiar with Graham but it seems like they could possibly get along well? In a strange way? If nothing else, they could probably troll other people pretty effectively.

Jade might start to have what he thinks is an intelligent conversation with Graham, until it take a complete 180 turn. Over and over again. He tends to lose track of what he's talking about easily. >_>

She's definitely going to rely on her a lot in the future for battles and guild stuff. Out of everyone she's recruited so far, Tsubomi reminds her the most of herself when she was younger, and she feels like she's got a lot of potential. So there's a little bit of a mentor impulse at play here too.
